Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used Keyboards, Headphones, or Mouse (unless defective).
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email [email protected] with your order details. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
