What to Do If Tracking Information Is Not Updating
It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipment is created, especially for international orders. If the status remains unchanged for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. Our team will investigate with the carrier and provide you with an update.
