1. User Agreement

By accessing or using the SuvaFlow website (the "Site") and purchasing products including keyboards, headphones, and mice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders.

SuvaFlow reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

All products are offered for sale subject to availability. SuvaFlow makes every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders based on such errors.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SuvaFlow, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

SuvaFlow does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from use of the Site.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and the "SuvaFlow" brand name, is the exclusive property of SuvaFlow or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written consent from SuvaFlow. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.

Products purchased from SuvaFlow are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse any product or its associated intellectual property.

4. Refund Policy

SuvaFlow offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for all products, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. SuvaFlow will cover return shipping costs for such cases. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
